World Water Day
SO FAR BUT SO CLOSE
Today, like every year on World Water Day, the goal is to raise awareness of the need to preserve the most precious asset for sustainability and life. As a species we have the responsibility and the obligation to reverse the harmful effects that our development is generating on the planet.
Or as the subtitle of the accompanying article says: “The world needs to be water smart. Everyone has a role to play and we can’t afford to wait.”
